The Zillow record

Zillow

One of 15 people on the Go-To-Market team that built Zillow Preferred, back when it was Flex, from zero to a $300M business line.

As a solo Growth Advisor, I managed a book representing $1 billion in transaction volume and personally supported more than 50 partner teams. Training I helped build reached 1,200+ agents.

When I moved into Growth Advisor Team Leader, my team's combined scope grew that to approximately $2 billion in transaction volume. I helped build the national partner training program and went through Zillow's leadership development program, the one they use to identify their next generation of leaders.

After Zillow

National Director of Sales Operations at PLACE, a Goldman Sachs-backed real estate platform valued at $1 billion.

Twenty years total running sales and operations systems inside high-growth companies.

The last two and a half years

As a Zillow Growth Advisor, I worked directly with brokerages and teams. ChuckTown went from 10 agents to 90 across five new markets in three states while I advised them. Jake and Kelly Mullins grew Dwelli from two agents to 180. I was their first Growth Advisor in the Flex program.

Same program. Opposite seat. Most people advising on Zillow Preferred have only ever seen one of those two views.

What I do now

Today I work as a Growth Partner to business owners, with a current focus on real estate teams and brokerages. I take the seat and fix the system from inside it. Not advice from outside. Not a deck.

If your team is on Zillow Preferred and the leads aren't converting the way they should, that's usually not a lead-volume problem. It's a people, process, routing, or accountability problem. That's what I find and fix.
