For real estate team owners
You don’t need another coach. You need a growth partner.
More closings from the leads you already pay for. Agents who stay. Growth that doesn’t run through you. I run the systems that make it happen.

Every week looks something like this:
- An agent reschedules a buyer twice. Nobody notices until the buyer goes quiet.
- Every agent still calls you when a deal gets shaky.
- A lead from March closes in August, so today’s numbers were set months ago.
- You start recruiting when you’re already short on agents.
Somebody has to own the numbers every week.
Most teams already have a coach. What’s missing is someone to lead partner calls, manage expansion strategy, and run the recruiting pitch.. That’s the seat I take.
Team growth works like a flywheel.
- 1
Create repeatable winning systems
- 2
Hire top talent and keep them
- 3
Convert more opportunities
- 4
Target new areas for expansion
It breaks when you can’t convert or can’t hire fast enough. I work on both, whether your leads come from Zillow, Realtor.com, lender referral programs, or your sphere.

FAQ
Questions team owners ask me
What does an operating partner do for a real estate team?+
I lead partner calls and expansion strategy, handle the recruiting pitch to new agents, and provide VA support until the work gets done.
Do you only work with Zillow teams?+
No. Zillow Preferred is where I go deepest, since I was a Growth Advisor, but I work with teams on any lead source.
Can you help us expand into a new market?+
Yes, from a neighboring city to a national footprint. I start with a 30-day expansion readiness plan for your home market first. Expansion stalls when leads arrive before the local agents do, so recruiting and conversion come first.
How do you help a team make more money?+
Mostly by converting more of the leads you already have, keeping good agents longer, recruiting top performing agents to the team, and adding new revenue streams through ancillary services.
What does an inside sales agent (ISA) cost for a real estate team?+
A US-based real estate ISA averages about $69,400 a year in total pay, roughly $4,200-$7,200 a month, before software and management time. Read the full ISA cost breakdown at michaelschuerman.co/what-does-an-isa-cost for pay structures and when an ISA is worth it.
How do I measure my ISA's performance?+
Track conversion ratios, not dials: speed to lead, contact rate, set rate, show rate, and signed rate. A common show-rate benchmark is 60-70% or higher. See the ISA scorecard guide at michaelschuerman.co/measure-isa-performance for targets and what to log in your CRM.
