Growth Partner · Atlanta, Georgia
Atlanta is where I live.
The work happens wherever you are.
I work with real estate team owners and brokers, run the calls and decisions that move the number, and build the team underneath them.
- For
- Atlanta owners whose business still routes too much through them.
- The role
- A local Growth Partner who makes revenue, teams, and expansion operational.
- The difference
- Not advice from outside. Direct accountability inside the business.
02 / What this is
I’m not the guy who flies in with a deck.
I’m an operator who sits in the seat.
Atlanta is full of people who will advise you. Every marketplace has a bench of them.
What it has fewer of: senior operators who’ve actually built and run the things they’re hired to advise on.
I was one of 15 people on the go-to-market team that launched Zillow Flex, now Zillow Preferred, and grew it from $0 to $300M. I’ve scaled a Charleston brokerage from 10 to 90 producers in 15 months. As Regional Sales Director I built the sales team at the company L.A. Fitness acquired at $20M.
That’s the seat. Not a deck. Not a diagnosis. The seat.
03 Why Atlanta
Built here. Run from here.
Atlanta is a builder city. Real estate. PropTech. Logistics. Healthcare services. SaaS. The receipts above weren’t built in a conference room in Manhattan. They were built in rooms with operators who had to make the next call before Friday.
Most of my client work is remote: calls, video rooms, shared docs, weekly cadence. Atlanta-based founders who want to meet in person get that. Coffee, lunch, or a working session at your office.
Out-of-market founders get the same operator in the seat with them. The cadence is what matters, not the zip code.
04 Receipts
What I’ve actually run
3 years. Business line. Zillow.
Producers. ChuckTown Homes.
Regional Sales Director. Top performing team in 25 years.
If you’re building in Atlanta.
Or anywhere else. Same seat. Same call. Book it.
If it’s not a fit in the first ten minutes, we both know.
05 Atlanta questions
What Atlanta owners ask
- Do you work with Atlanta businesses in person?
- Yes. I live in Atlanta and work onsite with metro-area owners when the work needs it, including Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Roswell, Marietta, Dunwoody, Decatur, Duluth, Johns Creek, Smyrna, Kennesaw, and Peachtree Corners. Most of the week still runs on calls and a weekly operating cadence, which is what actually moves the number.
- What kind of Atlanta businesses do you work with?
- Real estate team owners and brokers. In this market that is usually real estate and PropTech, logistics, home and field services, healthcare services, professional services, and B2B software with a founder-led sales motion.
- Are you a fractional COO in Atlanta?
- I work as a Growth Partner. I help owners make growth decisions, develop their leaders, and move selected priorities forward across sales, recruiting, and expansion. The scope is agreed together; this is not a standing COO role.
- Do you only work with companies in Georgia?
- No. Atlanta is where I live. Clients are across the United States, and the engagement runs the same either way. Onsite time is an option for metro Atlanta and a scheduled trip for everyone else.
- How do Atlanta owners start with you?
- A 30-minute call. You bring the bottleneck. If it's a fit, you'll get a firm price before you commit to anything. If it is not a fit in the first ten minutes, we both know.
